A day in the life of Isabelle Bassin
Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?
Isabelle Bassin: I have been with KYBURZ since 10/24/2017.
Erza: What are your activities?
Isabelle: I work in the service department, connecting western and German-speaking Switzerland. I take care of all the phone calls in French-speaking Switzerland (044 866 40 33). I am also responsible for various translations in French. I also support our technician, Jad Hafez, and contact private customers.
Erza: What is your typical daily routine?
Isabelle: From 08.00-12.00 and from 13.30-17.00 I answer the phone as part of the team. I check the translations of the documents in French. If a service partner has a problem and can't solve it, I look for help in the workshop to solve it. Or if they can't find an item they want in the web store, I look it up with the web store.
Erza: What do you like about your job?
Isabelle: Time goes by very fast, it's very exciting and versatile.
Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?
Isabelle: I regularly travel to the Valais and like to go hiking. I also like to spend time with my family. And I also give French lessons and tutoring.
