We transmit your data, in particular your first name and surname, your address and vehicle data, which we have received as part of your order, to your vehicle insurer or to its agent, or to the registration office, insofar as you have commissioned us to register your vehicle or to assist you in doing so.
DATA FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE
When you visit our website, our web servers store standard information such as the browser and operating system you are using, the website from which you visit us, the web pages you visit on our site, the date of your visit and, for security reasons, e.g. to detect attacks on our web pages, the IP address assigned to you by your Internet service provider. - For orders via the KYBURZ Webshop, you have to create a customer account. We will need at least your full name, e-mail address and full invoice and delivery addresses.
- For quotation requests via the KYBURZ vehicle configurator, you must provide at least your first name, last name, e-mail address and telephone number. For binding orders, you must also provide your postal address.
To process your request, we may contact you by post, e-mail, telephone, fax, SMS, Twitter message, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, provided you provide us with the appropriate access data.

CONTACT REQUESTS AND REGISTRATIONS
We use data from contact inquiries, registrations for test drives or events only internally for the processing of the inquiry and/or the registration. We do not transfer or sell any personal data except for the case that it is necessary to perform a contract with you, or that you gave your consent, which can be revoked at any time. We do not sell any personal data.
ORDERS IN THE WEBSHOP
The webshop and orders in the webshop are transacted with BigCommerce. BigCommerce is a product of BigCommerce Pty Ltd. The BigCommerce servers are operated worldwide in a cloud. To place an order in our webshop, you will have to create a customer account. The data recorded in the webshop are used to process your order and for invoicing.
NEWSLETTER

To subscribe to the newsletter, you have to use the "Double Opt-In" procedure, where you have to confirm your e-mail address. This confirmation serves as proof of your subscription to the newsletter.
