KYBURZ ASSISTANCE

KYBURZ vehicles are known for their reliability. However, many of our customers are driving an electric vehicle for the first time in their lives. To offer them even more certainty, KYBURZ ASSISTANCE is now included with all vehicles for private customers.

In the case of a technical problem, flat batteries or flat tyres, we are there for the customer. He or she can call 044 866 22 66 around the clock. The vehicle will be picked up and transported home. The KYBURZ service team will then contact the customer to discuss how to proceed.

KYBURZ ASSISTANCE is free of charge and cannot be purchased separately. It is activated for 12 months on vehicles purchased from KYBURZ (used and new vehicles). It is prolonged by 12 months each time a service is executed by KYBURZ.

Existing customers who would also like to benefit from ASSISTANCE can easily activate it by having a service completed by KYBURZ.
