The autonomous industrial vehicle for efficient logistics processes
Molly is an autonomous industrial vehicle from KYBURZ. It was developed for use in demanding industrial environments - both indoors and outdoors. With a tractive force of up to 2,000 kg and the ability to cope with gradients of up to 10%, Molly is perfect for transporting tugger train trolleys on any industrial site. Thanks to optical and distance-based sensor systems, Molly follows precisely predefined routes, reliably recognises obstacles and navigates safely and robustly to its destination.
All-terrain capability and safety
Whether on flat stretches or inclines: Molly's robustness ensures safe operation at all times, even in conditions such as rain or darkness. Molly was developed in accordance with strict industrial safety standards to ensure maximum operational safety and minimise the risk of accidents. KYBURZ deliberately dispenses with frameworks such as ROS (Robot Operating System) in favour of more robust solutions specially optimised for safety-critical applications.
Flexibility and easy handling
Molly is able to connect and disconnect load carriers independently, which further optimises the workflow. Apart from an inductive charging station, where Molly can charge itself, no external infrastructure is required. This enables long operating times without manual intervention.
The user-friendly human-machine interface (HMI) makes it easy to create and customise routes so that Molly can be seamlessly integrated into existing processes - ideal for dynamic environments.
Economic benefits for your company
With Molly, you can increase the efficiency of your logistics processes and reduce operating costs at the same time. In times of labour shortages, Molly offers an automated solution that ensures reliable workflows regardless of staff shortages. By eliminating downtime and manual labour, Molly offers longer uptime and lower maintenance costs compared to traditional vehicles.
In addition, automation reduces the risk of accidents at work, which often occur with manually operated vehicles. This not only reduces accident costs, but also ensures higher operational availability.
Molly is more than just an autonomous vehicle - it represents the future of efficient and safe logistics processes.
