As a trainee clerk at KYBURZ, I was given the opportunity to take part in a round table session with our largest customer, Post Company Cars AG. Post Company Cars AG is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swiss Post and manages the entire Swiss Post vehicle fleet, among other things.

Post Company Cars AG and KYBURZ meet monthly for an aftersales round table meeting. This is where the main points relating to the operation of the KYBURZ fleet by Swiss Post are discussed and negotiated.

Essentially, the focus is on how the vehicles, which are in daily delivery operation, can be maintained reliably and as efficiently as possible. Topics such as the expansion of the partner network or specific problems with individual vehicles, as well as cooperation processes, are discussed.

The opportunity to be there gives me valuable insights into the working methods and requirements of a key customer of our company. By taking part, I can actively contribute to strengthening the relationship between our company and our largest customer by presenting our services, solutions and concerns and talking directly to representatives of Post Company Cars AG.

During the negotiations, the atmosphere was always objective, focussed and professional. Clear communication, mutual understanding and a willingness to approach each other have already led to successful joint solutions and the conclusion of many successful negotiations in the past.

It was a very exciting and instructive experience for me, which is why I appreciated the opportunity and gladly took the chance to participate.
