A day in the life of Christof Würgler
Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?
Christof Würgler: Almost exactly 6 years.
Erza: How did you hear about us?
Christof: I've known Martin since he was in Freienstein.
Erza: What did you do before KYBURZ?
Christof: I was self-employed for several years, designing and building customised cars. As in the picture, one of many projects: A 1930s style car with modern Mercedes-AMG technology and carbon bodywork.
Erza: What are your activities?
Christof: I work in new development and mainly deal with new projects. In recent months, I have increasingly supported production with immediate solutions and further developments.
Erza: What motivates you?
Christof: The constant urge to improve things and thus achieve optimisations for us and our customers.
Erza: What is your typical daily routine?
Christof: I usually start at 7 am, sometimes a little earlier in the summer. First I usually do things that need some rest. Then there is design work, meetings or work on a prototype.
Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?
Christof: We work in a very exciting field and Martin Kyburz always has interesting new ideas and visions. I think it's a pity that existing potential in the company is not always used.
Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?
Christof: I like to be outdoors on foot or by bike. I build furniture, paint a picture now and then or do other things. I also like to cook, preferably fresh from my own garden.
