Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Ermir Bushati: I have been with KYBURZ since July 2022.

Erza: How did you hear about us?

Ermir: I became aware of KYBURZ through my father, who has been working at the company for a long time.

Erza: What did you do before KYBURZ?

Ermir: I worked for SBB as a security manager.

Erza: What are your activities?

Ermir: I am responsible for carrying out quality controls based on analyses and tests and for creating and updating quality assurance documents.

Erza: What are your strengths?

Ermir: My strength is my ability to grasp things quickly. I quickly get to grips with new topics.

Erza: What motivates you?

Ermir: I am motivated by a friendly relationship with colleagues - even after work.

Erza: What is your typical daily routine?

Ermir: I always arrive at the company at around 7 a.m. and start right away. I check the incoming goods and check the parts we receive from our suppliers. I also check finished vehicles and create error messages. I make sure that the quality in production is right.

Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?

Ermir: I like the cooperation and the friendly atmosphere.

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Ermir: In my free time I like to do things with my family. I also like to spend time with my friends, like barbecuing together or going out.

Erza: What are your plans for the future?

Ermir: I want to use my knowledge, deepen it and develop personally and professionally.
