Rina Suka: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Mara Antonica: I have been with KYBURZ since September 2022.

Rina: How did you hear about us?

Mara: I found out about KYBURZ through a person who works at KYBURZ.

Rina: What did you do before KYBURZ?

Mara: Before joining KYBURZ, I worked as a clerk in the fiduciary sector.

Rina: What are your activities?

Mara: I am a purchasing clerk. My main tasks are to enter invoices and allocate them to accounts.

Rina: What are your strengths?

Mara: I am reliable, motivated and work accurately. I pay special attention to details. My open and honest nature and dealing with people are what set me apart. I set myself goals and strive for them until I am satisfied with the implementation.

Rina: What motivates you?

Mara: My work motivates me continuously because I enjoy doing it. What I particularly like about my work is the many interfaces that lead to a varied working day.

Rina: What is your typical daily routine?

Mara: My working day starts shortly before 8.00 am. First I deal with my mails, then I work on my tasks and take care of urgent or pending matters. Between 4 and 5 p.m. I usually finish my tasks and call it a day.

Rina: What do you like? What do you like less?

Mara: I like my purchasing team. I also like the working atmosphere at KYBURZ. Everyone is very helpful and open.

It would be nice if we all worked at the same location, but we are already working on that.

Rina: What do you like to do in your free time?

Mara: In my free time I like to do sports and spend time with my cats. I also like to go shopping.

Rina: What are your plans for the future?

Mara: I feel very comfortable at KYBURZ and hope to work with them for many years. At the same time, I am a spontaneous person and am open to new things.
