Rina Suka: How long have you been working at KYBURZ?

Sherif: I have been working at KYBURZ since 15 August 2022, but I did a six-month course before I started here.

Rina: How did you hear about us?

Sherif: I have known KYBURZ Switzerland AG since I was little, as my father has worked here for over 25 years.

Rina: What did you do before Kyburz?

Sherif: I finished the 10th school year in Bülach.

Rina: What are your activities?

Sherif: My main activities are picking up returns, mounting tyres and doing new tasks for my supervisors Sinan and Zopfi every day.

Rina: What are your strengths?

Sherif: My strengths are working independently, but I also work very efficiently and like to work in a team.

Rina: What motivates you?

Sherif: The team spirit and the mutual support in the service.

Rina: What is your typical daily routine?

Sherif: I always start at 7:45 a.m. and begin the morning with my duties. After that, I discuss with my team the open and urgent tasks that need to be done today. I finish everything by about 17:10.

Rina: What do you like? What do you like less?

Sherif: I like the team and the cohesion very much. I also like the variety in my daily work.

Rina: What do you like to do in your free time?

Sherif: I like to play football or watch my big brother Florian's games. Besides that, I like to spend time with my family.

Rina: What are your plans for the future?

Sherif: My goal is to successfully complete my apprenticeship and then develop professionally.
