On 26 September, Rahel and Selim Cetin from the Research Department celebrated their wedding in Hüttwilen. The ceremony took place in the Hagschnurer Schüür, whose warm wooden beams and lovely decorations lent the occasion a very special charm. The ceremony was marked by many emotional moments – and by the wedding speaker's charming little ‘technical digressions,’ which brought smiles to everyone's faces and were perfectly tailored to the bride and groom.

Afterwards, everyone raised a glass with the bride and groom and offered their congratulations. Family, friends and colleagues enjoyed the festive atmosphere with lively conversation and delicious refreshments.

The KYBURZ research department was also represented and had prepared a special gift: a homemade memory game. It quickly became clear in the first round that Rahel and Selim are also great at remembering details!

The celebrations continued in style: the bride and groom drove to the venue in a classic Jaguar, accompanied by many waving guests. An all-round successful day!

After this unforgettable day, Rahel and Selim set off on their honeymoon to Norway – in search of impressive fjords, wild whales and perhaps even the occasional Northern Lights.
