How will workshops operate in 2030? What tools will be used in the future? Which organisational structure promises good results? Workshop employees and managers from all over German-speaking Switzerland drew inspiration from the ‘future guides’ of various companies.

The symposium was organised by ‘System Alpenluft’ as a scavenger hunt. At the KYBURZ station, the focus was on material recycling, battery recycling and 2ndLife vehicles. A task had to be solved using KYBURZ vehicles. There was no shortage of fun driving around the extensive company premises of Schwendimann AG.

The 9th symposium in Münchenbuchsee was the last of the second season. For the first time, Novaziun was also there with its electric single-axle vehicle. KYBURZ has been involved from the start and already has ideas for the next edition.
