Several times a year, KYBURZ Switzerland AG trains the technicians of our service partners. This ensures that they are well prepared and can provide our customers with reliable service at all times.

A new service partner of Swiss Post recently took part in such a training course. The focus was on mechanics, electronics, diagnostics and administrative processes.

In theory and practice, participants learned how to handle mechanical assemblies safely, understand electrical systems and perform structured troubleshooting. In addition, the necessary administrative processes were taught so that orders can be processed correctly and efficiently.
