The KYBURZ research team recently took a break from their everyday routine and headed out into the wintry Tössscheidi. Ice climbing was on the agenda for their joint team-building event.

A total of three routes with increasing levels of difficulty were tackled. The focus was less on athletic performance and more on mutual support, trust and shared experience. Team spirit was in full force, both on the safety rope and on the ice wall.

In the end, one thing stood out above all else: lots of exercise, lots of laughter – and lots of fun for everyone involved.
