On Wednesday, September 23, 2026, KYBURZ Switzerland AG had the opportunity to showcase itself at the apprenticeship fair in Bülach. With a booth right in the middle of the event, the HR manager and her vocational trainers were able to meet many young people who are thinking about their professional future.

KYBURZ offers apprenticeships as a Commercial Clerk (EFZ) and a Production Mechanic (EFZ). The questions were just as diverse: What does a typical workday look like? What can I expect during the apprenticeship? What opportunities will I have after completing my training? And, of course: What’s it actually like to work at KYBURZ?

The interaction with the young people was very open, engaging, and relaxed. It was wonderful to see how motivated and curious they were as they learned about their options. Some conversations went far beyond the usual questions and that’s exactly what made the afternoon particularly exciting for the vocational trainers.

We look forward to many more encounters perhaps soon during a trial apprenticeship at KYBURZ!
