How does an order placed today manage to reach the customer as early as the next day? KYBURZ third-year apprentices had the opportunity to get to the bottom of this question during a visit to the Lyreco Switzerland AG logistics center in Dintikon.

Marcel Bucher, Sales Team Leader, warmly welcomed the apprentices. After a brief presentation about Lyreco and the logistics center, they gained fascinating insights into the various processes from ordering and order picking to shipping preparation.

This was followed by a tour of the different warehouse areas. Particularly impressive were the numerous machines and robots that support employees in their daily work.

To wrap up the visit, the group had the opportunity to ask any remaining questions and share their impressions over a relaxed cocktail reception.
