Fadil the all-rounder: he knows all KYBURZ vehicles inside out
Fadil Hoxha, now 47 years old, joined the Freienstein electric vehicle manufacturer 13 years ago through his brother Isuf, who has already worked for KYBURZ for 20 years. The trained car mechanic left Kosovo in 1990 when the unrest broke out. In Switzerland he first worked in agriculture, then at Migros and since 2003 at Martin Kyburz. At first he worked in customer service, but for some years now he has been working in assembly.
Joy and flexibility
Fadil likes to work, very much so, and this with enthusiasm. Even after 6000 mounted DXPs for Swiss Post, he treats every vehicle with the same reliability, meticulousness and professionalism.
The DXPs are mounted at eight different stations - similar to a conveyor belt, but on a mobile frame - Fadil and his brother Isuf are responsible for the final inspection and registration. They may assume the function of the Road Traffic Office, so that the vehicles they inspect and approve can be delivered directly to the customer, in this case Swiss Post.
Always ready to help
Fadil feels very comfortable in the KYBURZ team with foreigners and Germans: "We are like a family". That's why the installation works so smoothly. A vehicle is assembled, tested and ready for delivery within just five hours. Flexibility is another feature that has made Fadil what it is today. No job is too much for him, he helps wherever he is needed. For example, he can be seen helping out in the New Cinema. At his home in Rorbas, he fulfilled a dream and built his own house for him and his family of six. And just as you know Fadil, he also puts his hand to the task.
