KYBURZ Fleet Managment in winter road maintenance

KYBURZ Fleet offers the complete solution for the management of winter road maintenance with the winter maintenance module. The system covers all areas from data collection on salt spreaders and snowplows to validation by the road foremen and invoicing. The display of the work currently being carried out on the electronic map and the app round off the range of services.

Fleet Management Winterdienst

KYBURZ Fleet sets new standards in the control and management of winter maintenance. For the first time, machines and attachments from all manufacturers can be managed and precisely accounted for via a central system. Whether snow blower, salt spreader, snowplow with electronic or hydraulic control - thanks to many interfaces and comprehensive know-how, the KYBURZ system records operating times, salt quantities, plowed distance, and many other values precisely and reliably.

The integrated billing system checks based on the map material whether road sections are subject to billing or not. It takes into account the applicable labor law regulations and breaking, weekend, and holiday regulations. The recorded services are validated directly by the responsible road foremen and can be released for payment immediately.

Dank dieser papierlosen Erfassung werden die administrativen Abläufe drastisch vereinfacht, Fehlerquellen vermieden und die Transparenz für alle Beteiligten erhöht.

Durch die jederzeit aktuelle Übersicht der im Einsatz stehenden Fahrzeuge kann der Winterdienst gezielt gesteuert und optimiert werden. Ausgestreute Salzmengen können verglichen und optimiert werden. Bei Reklamationen nach Unfällen ist ein eindeutiger Nachweis von bearbeiteten Strassenabschnitten gewährleistet.

Die an der Front arbeitenden Strassenmeister schätzen besonders, dass sie diese Informationen auch während des Einsatzes in Form der App zur Verfügung haben.
