A day in the life of Xhef Bushati
Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?
Xhef Bushati: I have been with KYBURZ for 11 years.
Erza: What are your activities?
Xhef: At the beginning of my time here at KYBURZ, I was responsible for the cables on our vehicles and assembling them. Now I work in the pre-assembly team at Tannenstrasse. I am still responsible for the cables and if someone has a problem or something is wrong, I help. Most often the cable breaks when it is being pulled in and I then assist in patching it. I also cut the cables of the rear lights of our vehicles to size and then mount it on the vehicle.
Erza: What is your typical daily routine?
Xhef: Since I only work 50% at KYBURZ, I am usually here from about 07.45 to 12.00. I also help my wife from time to time. From time to time I also help my wife, who is a caretaker, with her work. When I arrive, my work is usually already on the table and I know what needs to be done. If there is nothing on the table, I look on the iPad what needs to be done and see what I start with depending on the priority.
Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?
Xhef: I like everything about my work. Especially when there is something new to do, because I am very curious and like to try new things. I also like the team very much. We all get along well with each other.
What I don't like so much is that when I'm concentrated on my work, I have to stop for a moment to fix something.
Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?
Xhef: In my free time I like to go swimming or go for a walk with my wife. From time to time, my work colleagues and I go gambling at the weekend.
