Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Nichola Jatta: I have been with KYBURZ for about 2 years.

Erza: What are your activities?

Nichola: I am a production mechanic and I work on the production line. From time to time I am also in the pre-assembly to help out and do different jobs there.

Erza: What is your typical daily routine?

Nichola: I'm here every morning at about 6.40am and make myself a cup of tea first. If I'm in charge of the kitchen this week, I also clean out the dishwasher. After that, I check where I've been assigned and then start my work. I'm always here until about 4.30 pm.

Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?

Nichola: I especially like the team and the independence at work. What I also like is that when I have an appointment and have to leave early, Fadil is understanding. There is nothing I don't like.

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Nichola: In my free time I like to play football and have been in the FC Schwamendingen 1st team for 3 years now. We have 2-3 training sessions every week and a match every Sunday.
