A day in the life of René Stoll
Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?
René Stoll: I have been with KYBURZ for a good 10 years.
Erza: What are your activities?
René: My activities are in two different areas. On the one hand, I manage the production of our 3-wheelers at Tannenstrasse in Embrach and I am responsible for IT and infrastructure.
Erza: What is your typical daily routine?
René: In the morning at Tannenstrasse, on the way to the office, I am already confronted with the first questions and problems. Then I read my e-mails. Then I usually look at the production to see if there are any problems. Since I have a great team, everything almost always goes very well. In IT/Infrastructure, I work with Turi and Martin to ensure optimal working conditions so that all employees have a well-equipped workplace and feel comfortable. Whether it's plants, computers or facilities - the two of them do a great job. I work from 08.00 to 17.00, not always regularly, and I like that too.
Erza: What do you like? What not so much?
René: I like my work very much. I like working with many exciting people, the products we make and the innovation in the company.
What I like less are the many meetings. That is necessary and often constructive and exciting, but unfortunately it takes a lot of time.
Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?
René: In my free time I like to travel a lot. Getting to know new things, moving forward: By motorbike, on foot, bicycle or even with the camper, which I am expanding, everything gives me pleasure. I also like to work on our old farmhouse and in the garden.
