Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Alfonso Vitiello: I have been with KYBURZ for about 2.5 years.

Erza: What are your activities?

Alfonso: I work in production on the Tannenstrasse. I work on the production line and occasionally on the pre-assembly line.

Erza: What is your typical daily routine?

Alfonso: In the morning, Fadil tells us which post we are working at on the production line and then we work on the vehicle all day. Unless there is an incident, then I take care of it.

Erza: What do you like? What not so much?

Alfonso: What I like most is fixing faults. That is, when we have defective vehicles, fixing them. I also like the KYBURZ team.

What I like less is being at the same workplace for a longer period of time (more than a month).

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Alfonso: In my free time I like to play and watch football. I also like to go motorcycling.
