Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Damijan Pavšič: I have been working at KYBURZ since October 2019. As luck would have it, I met Fadil here again after 31 years. I attended the military with him in 1988. After that, unfortunately, we lost track of each other.

Erza: What are your activities?

Damijan: I work in production at Tannenstrasse. I work on the production line and sometimes on the pre-assembly line, which I also enjoy very much.

Erza: What does a typical day look like for you?

Damijan: I usually arrive at 7 a.m. and I already know which post I am responsible for, because Fadil almost always informs us the evening before. If we don't know yet, we are informed shortly before work starts. I then work the whole day at my post, unless something comes up. I'm usually here until 4 pm. Sometimes I leave earlier or stay longer if there is more to do.

Erza: What do you like about your job? What do you like less?

Damijan: I especially like the work I do and I also like the team.

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Damijan: In my free time I like to work in my garden or go fishing with colleagues. Cooking is also one of the things I do in my free time.
