Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Mike Schneeberger: I have been with KYBURZ for about 2.5 years.

Erza: What are your activities?

Mike: I am the deputy logistics manager and my main tasks are to set up on the pre-assembly line and to receive and check incoming goods and to enter the goods into the system and then store them correctly.

Erza: What is your typical daily routine?

Mike: I usually start between 07:00 and 07:30. First I check with Isuf what is still open for pre-assembly and what needs to be done urgently. Then I help out in the logistics department all day, for example with incoming goods, unloading or setting up. In between, I also check my e-mails every now and then. I also make sure William doesn't have a heart attack :-)

Erza: What do you like? What not so much?

Mike: I like the whole team, it's very familiar. And I particularly like the varied work.

What I like less is the lack of communication between people and departments.

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Mike: In my free time, I like to draw or spend time with my colleagues.
