Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

William Dal Passo: I have been with KYBURZ for almost 7 years.

Erza: What are your activities?

William: I am the head of logistics and I am responsible for all logistical activities. For example: loading / unloading of the trucks, incoming goods incl. GRC inspections, material storage, material preparation for our various departments and management of the production line. I also carry out the rolling inventory. We pack our vehicles air and sea freight compliant. I also help out in the webshop.

Erza: What is your typical daily routine?

William: I start at about 06:00. The first thing I do is check my e-mails and plan the work schedule. Then I divide the work among the staff.

Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?

William: I particularly like the strategy and thinking of KYBURZ. What I also like is that I can and am allowed to organise my work myself. I also like the team very much.

What I like less are the different locations of the company. You practically don't see or meet each other any more. At most, you hear each other on the phone - if at all.

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

William: In my free time, I like to ride motorbikes and sometimes rebuild them. My fascination is wristwatches with automatic movements or movements with manual windings.
