Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Arsim Veselaj: I have been with KYBURZ for about 2 years.

Erza: What are your activities?

Arsim: I work in the production department at Tannenstrasse. I work on the production line and sometimes I help out in pre-assembly.

Erza: What is your typical daily routine?

Arsim: I always arrive at the company at about 7.00 am. Most of the time we have already been told the evening before by Fadil or Isuf what to do the next day. If this is not the case, Isuf or Fadil, depending on the department, tells us in the morning and we then start work at our post.

Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?

Arsim: I like everything about my job, especially the assignments we get. It is very varied. I also like the team and the working atmosphere.

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Arsim: In my free time I like to do sports like fitness or jogging. I also enjoy spending time with my wife and two children.
