Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Stefanie Spagnuolo: In May it will be 3 years.

Erza: How did you hear about us?

Stefanie: I came to KYBURZ through Abel, who is a family friend.

Erza: What did you do before KYBURZ?

Stefanie: I worked at a forwarding agency in the air freight export department. After that came my maternity leave, during which I worked a little in service before joining KYBURZ.

Erza: What are your activities?

Stefanie: I am mainly responsible for the account assignment of the purchase invoices, but I also do purchase orders and smaller purchasing projects.

Erza: What are your strengths?

Stefanie: I would say I am very flexible and can handle a large volume of work.

Erza: What is your typical daily routine?

Stefanie: I usually arrive at the office before 07:00. The first thing I do is print out all the invoices. Then I process my e-mails and take care of any orders. Then I start with the account assignment of the invoices. However, there are usually tasks that come up in between that have a higher priority and have to be done first - so I remain flexible. I'm in the office on Mondays and Thursdays and in the home office for half a day.

Erza: What do you like? What not so much?

Stefanie: I feel very comfortable in our team and I like the fact that I always have a lot to do. The best thing, however, is that I can organise my work and working hours myself, because with two children, things tend to come up.

What I like less is the internal communication and that some implementations take quite a long time.

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Stefanie: In my free time I like to be with my family. We are very adventurous, like to go hiking, to the cinema, to the theatre, to concerts or out for a nice meal. A great hobby of mine is singing.

Erza: What are your plans for the future?

Stefanie: In August, I will start a further education course in the field of purchasing. Otherwise, I'll just let the future come to me.
