Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Ivan Reinemuth: I have been with KYBURZ for about 3 years.

Erza: How did you hear about us?

Ivan: Since I grew up in the area, I already knew the company. But then I came to KYBURZ through acquaintances.

Erza: What did you do before KYBURZ?

Ivan: I also worked as a logistician before.

Erza: What are your activities?

Ivan: I am responsible for all logistics at Industriestrasse in Embrach. I fill up the production line and order the material for the road and pre-assembly. I prepare the material for different departments and also for the pre-assembly orders so that Ali can deliver them to the departments. Material that Ali delivers to me at Industriestrasse, such as internal mail, I then distribute and store. I am also responsible for packing and shipping vehicles.

Erza: What are your strengths?

Ivan: I would say I am very goal-oriented, ambitious and reliable.

Erza: What is your typical daily routine?

Ivan: I always arrive between 7.00 and 7.30 a.m. and the first thing I do is check my e-mails. Then I make sure that I fill up the production twice a week, on Wednesday and Friday. I also set up the pre-assembly and order the material for the road and pre-assembly. Then I set up for Ali, who always comes here twice a day, at 10.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m., and maybe store some things that he has brought by.

Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?

Ivan: What I like very much is the team and the way we deal with each other, it's very informal. I also particularly like the independent work at Industriestrasse.

What I don't like so much is that communication is still very much in need of improvement.

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Ivan: In my free time I like to skate and play games. I've also been making music for 17 years and I love spending time with my family.

Erza: Can you tell me more about music?

Ivan: I make rap, write my own lyrics and record them in my music studio.

Erza: What are your plans for the future?

Ivan: My future plans are to continue my education as a logistics specialist and definitely to continue with music.
