Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Edison Mazreku: I have been with KYBURZ for about 5 months.

Erza: How did you hear about us?

Edison: I became aware of the company through my brother, who had worked at KYBURZ before.

Erza: What did you do before KYBURZ?

Edison: I worked as a logistician.

Erza: What are your activities?

Edison: I work in pre-assembly in Embrach. My main job is to assemble the boxes for our vehicles.

Erza: What are your strengths?

Edison: I think I'm generally motivated and interested. I am also very willing to learn new things.

Erza: What motivates you?

Edison: I am especially motivated by the team, because everyone is very friendly and helpful. What also motivates me is that I can still learn a lot of new things.

Erza: What is your typical daily routine?

Edison: I always arrive at about 06.50 and start working directly with the boxes. Otherwise I also do trays and if we don't have any material, I have to prepare the material. I then work until about 16.30.

Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?

Edison: I like the working hours we have and especially the team.
There is nothing I don't like.

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Edison: In my free time I like to meet friends and listen to music.

Erza: What are your plans for the future?

Edison: My future plans are to be able to stay at KYBURZ and gain experience.
