Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Adnan Kabashi: I have been with KYBURZ for 3 years.

Erza: How did you hear about us?

Adnan: I became aware of the company through Fadil and Isuf, who have both worked here for a long time.

Erza: What did you do before KYBURZ?

Adnan: Before KYBURZ I worked as a painter.

Erza: What are your activities?

Adnan: I work on the production line in Embrach and from time to time I also work in pre-assembly on the boxes.

Erza: What motivates you?

Adnan: I like my work and my colleagues. We all get along very well with each other.

Erza: What is your typical daily routine?

Adnan: I always arrive at 07.00, have a coffee and then I start my work. Depending on where I am assigned by Fadil and Isuf, I am at my post for the whole day. Most of the time I work until about 4 p.m., but sometimes I'm here longer if we have more to do.

Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?

Adnan: I like everything about KYBURZ. But I especially like the team.

There is nothing I don't like.

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Adnan: In my free time I like to spend time with my family. We like to go for walks together and enjoy nature. We also like to go on little trips, for example to the Flumserberge. In my free time I also like to play football and ping-pong.

Erza: What are your plans for the future?

Adnan: My first priority is my family and my health. I would also like to travel as much as possible and explore new places. I would also be happy to work at KYBURZ for as long as possible.
