A day in the life of Eveline Tuor
Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?
Eveline Tuor: I have been with KYBURZ for 4.5 years.
Erza: How did you hear about us?
Eveline: A mutual friend of mine and Dani Weber encouraged me to apply spontaneously.
Erza: What did you do before KYBURZ?
Eveline: Before KYBURZ, I was a marketing manager at MAAG Gear, a manufacturer of cement mill gears, for 9 years.
Erza: What are your activities?
Eveline: I look after our customers, manage projects, do the invoicing and invest the rest of my time in marketing for Fleet.
Erza: What are your strengths?
Eveline: I find it easy to set priorities and to discuss difficult issues with our clients. Most of the time I am balanced and in a good mood. If that's not the case, the guys in my team know how to change that.
Erza: What motivates you?
Eveline: When we can make life easier for customers - whether internal or external - with our software.
Erza: What is your typical daily routine like?
Eveline: I usually check my emails first and look at my priority list to see what's next. The rest of the day is often predetermined by scheduled meetings and their preparation and follow-up. In the team we discuss new and open customer requirements and when and how they can be implemented.
Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?
Eveline: My work is very varied and the days are not always predictable as to what will happen. Sometimes it's exhausting, but mostly it's exciting. I really enjoy working with our team and with all the staff around it.
Like most, it bothers me that we are spread over 3 locations, which makes communication even more difficult than it already is.
Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?
Eveline: I like to spend my free time with my family and/or my mare. From time to time I also play badminton or now in summer ping pong.
Erza: What are your plans for the future?
Eveline: I really enjoy being part of the Fleet Team and am thinking of starting further training so that I can support the team even better.
