Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Igor Pesikan: I have been a permanent employee of KYBURZ since August 2013. Before that I worked on a temporary basis for 6 months.

Erza: How did you hear about us?

Igor: Back then, when I was looking for a job, Joel asked me if I would be interested in doing a holiday job for 3 weeks. After that, it turned out that I was allowed to stay.

Erza: What did you do before KYBURZ?

Igor: I was employed at Garage Bolognini as a car mechanic. I did my first apprenticeship there. After that I worked as a technician at Zellweger Spiess in Rorbas.

Erza: What are your activities?

Igor: I work for KYBURZ as a service technician. My activities are: Diagnosis, on-site repairs and vehicle deliveries.

Erza: What are your strengths?

Igor: I am very resilient and motivated.

Erza: What motivates you?

Igor: I like my work, the team and that I live near the company.

Erza: What is your typical daily routine?

Igor: I come to the company at 7 o'clock in the morning, take my route plan from the office, check if I still need material and drive off to the first customer. In the evening, I unload my bus, enter my work in Pachi and hand in the run sheets at the office.

Erza: What do you like? What not so much?

Igor: The communication in the team is very pleasant. Also, the tours are always well planned, so you (almost) always arrive at the customers' on time. Very good Josip :-)

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Igor: In my free time I like to go swimming, spend time with my girlfriend, friends and family.
