A day in the life of Batuhan Ayfer
Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?
Batuhan Ayfer: I have been with KYBURZ since 12 September.
Erza: How did you hear about us?
Batuhan: I found out about KYBURZ a few years ago thanks to my father, who has known KYBURZ for a long time and told me about it enthusiastically. When I was looking for jobs in August, KYBURZ came to my mind again.
Erza: What did you do before KYBURZ?
Batuhan: I completed my apprenticeship as an electronics technician at MSW and started my studies in systems engineering in September.
Erza: What are your activities?
Batuhan: I am mainly responsible for programming and developing new projects. Currently I am implementing new software requirements for the DAO vehicles.
Erza: What are your strengths?
Batuhan: I would say that I am conscientious and goal-oriented. I am also a very open and friendly person.
Erza: What motivates you?
Batuhan: Development has always been a hobby of mine. Doing it as a job now motivates me and I enjoy it. I always look forward to the next exciting projects and challenges that my job brings.
Erza: What is your typical daily routine?
Batuhan: I usually start work at 08.30 - after preparing a cup of coffee and having my playlist for the day. Before I start programming, I set my daily goals and then work through them step by step. At the end, I write down all the changes I have made to the software.
Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?
Batuhan: I like the interesting projects and the atmosphere in the company. I can't think of anything I don't like at the moment.
Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?
Batuhan: I go to the gym regularly and watch English TV series. On weekends, I like to do different activities with my girlfriend, such as mini golf, billiards and clubbing.
Erza: What are your plans for the future?
Batuhan: I want to finish my studies successfully and have a good work-life.
