Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Tobias Aggeler: I have been with KYBURZ since 16 June 2022.

Erza: How did you hear about us?

Tobias: Since I am from the area, I have known KYBURZ for a long time.

Erza: What did you do before KYBURZ?

Tobias: I worked in the pharmaceutical industry in Schaffhausen for ten years. After that I changed to a bank as a forwarding agent, but I quickly realised that this was not for me.

Erza: What are your tasks?

Tobias: At the moment I'm responsible for incoming goods. In addition, these processes are also part of my job: shuttle service, pre-assembly, internal material orders, supplying the production line, loading and unloading trucks and all other activities.

Erza: What are your strengths?

Tobias: My strengths are that I am very conscientious and a good team player.

Erza: What motivates you?

Tobias: The sustainability of KYBURZ motivates me, I am happy to do my part.

Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?

Tobias: I like the whole team, it's very informal. I also like the varied work.

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Tobias: In my free time I like to play floorball in the club in Embrach and do a lot with friends and family.

Erza: What are your plans for the future?

Tobias: I would like to start a family, develop professionally and stay healthy.
