Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Lamin Balajo: I have been with KYBURZ since 2 September 2022.

Erza: How did you hear about us?

Lamin: I became aware of KYBURZ through Nichola. He also works at KYBURZ.

Erza: What did you do before KYBURZ?

Lamin: Before KYBURZ I worked in a restaurant.

Erza: What are your activities?

Lamin: I work in production and I work on the posts from 1 to 6. For example, on the first post I assemble the gearboxes and on the fourth post I do all the wiring on the vehicle. At the seventh station I have started to install the batteries. From next week I will work more on the seventh station and learn new things.

Erza: What motivates you?

Lamin: I am motivated by the work itself, which I really enjoy. But also my co-workers. We all get along very well with each other.

Erza: What is your typical daily routine?

Lamin: In the morning, shortly before 7.00 a.m., we all meet and everyone is told where they work. Then I start my work. Depending on when someone is absent, I have to fill in and then I work at two posts.

Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?

Lamin: On the whole, I like everything. The work I do and the atmosphere in the team.

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Lamin: In my free time I like to go to the gym and cook.

Erza: What are your plans for the future?

Lamin: I would like to continue working at KYBURZ and possibly do some further training. Otherwise, I don't have any plans for the future, but I'll let it come to me.
