A day in the life of Hysni Morina
Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?
Hysni Morina: I have been working at the company for 6 months.
Erza: How did you hear about us?
Hysni: I became aware of KYBURZ through Adnan Kabashi. I applied for a job and was invited for a trial period.
Erza: What did you do before KYBURZ?
Hysni: I have only been in Switzerland for a year and before that I worked for five months at a company that makes floor heating.
Erza: What are your activities?
Hysni: I work in pre-assembly and am mainly responsible for the forks. But I also carry out other pre-assembly tasks.
Erza: What motivates you?
Hysni: The team. We all get along very well with each other.
Erza: What is your typical daily routine?
Hysni: I always arrive at work at about 6.45 am. The first thing Isuf tells us is what our tasks are, then I start my work. I usually do the same task all day, unless something comes up.
Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?
Hysni: I like the work I do and the team.
There is nothing I don't like at the moment.
Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?
Hysni: I attend a German course during the week, which I do right after work. I also like to programme and repair mobile phones, laptops, iPads, etc. in my free time.
Erza: What are your plans for the future?
Hysni: At the moment I am concentrating on learning German.
