Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Bekim Veselaj: I have been with KYBURZ for 2 months.

Erza: How did you hear about us?

Bekim: I became aware of the company through Arsim, who also works at KYBURZ.

Erza: What did you do before KYBURZ?

Bekim: Before KYBUZ, I worked in scaffolding for four years.

Erza: What are your activities?

Bekim: I work in pre-assembly and production. My job includes assembling the boxes. I also help out in Embraport with the production of the eTrolleys.

Erza: What motivates you?

Bekim: I am motivated by all the work I do.

Erza: What is your typical daily routine?

Bekim: I arrive at the company at 7 a.m. and then start my work directly after Fadil and Isuf have assigned us who is responsible for which workstation on the production line or in pre-assembly.

Erza: What do you like? What not so much?

Bekim: I like everything so far, especially being able to work in pre-assembly. There is nothing that I don't like at the moment.

Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?

Bekim: In my free time I like to do sports and go for walks.

Erza: What are your plans for the future?

Bekim: I would like to continue working at KYBURZ.
