Rina Suka: How long have you been working with KYBURZ?

Mergim Buzhala: I have been working with KYBURZ Switzerland AG since June 2022.

Rina: How did you hear about us?

Mergim: KYBURZ Switzerland AG was recommended to me by someone I know. Then I applied for a job.

Rina: What did you do before Kyburz?

Mergim: I worked in a garage as a car body tuner for 6 years.

Rina: What are your activities?

Mergim: My main activities are picking up vehicles, dismantling, rust treatment and general material preparation.

Rina: What are your strengths?

Mergim: My strengths are welding, painting and my accuracy. Strengthening the communicative cohesion in the team is also one of my strengths.

Rina: What motivates you?

Mergim: The cohesion and mutual support in 2ndLife.

Rina: What is your typical daily routine?

Mergim: I always start at 06:30 with my open and urgent tasks. I finish everything by about 16:30.

Rina: What do you like? What do you like less?

Mergim: I like the philosophy of 2ndLife. I think it's a bit of a shame that all the locations are split up. But soon all the locations will work together in one place.

Rina: What do you like to do in your free time?

Mergim: I like to spend time with my family, play football or go to the gym.

Rina: What are your plans for the future?

Mergim: My goal for the future is to build an independent life, to travel with my family and to build and run my own garage in the future.
