Rina Suka: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Ilir Caka: I have been working with KYBURZ Switzerland AG since 19 April 2021.

Rina: How did you hear about us?

Ilir: I became aware of KYBURZ Switzerland AG through Selman Jetishi.

Rina: What did you do before KYBURZ?

Ilir: I worked as a chauffeur at Confiserie Teuscher AG for 5 years before I was hired.

Rina: What are your activities?

Ilir: My main activities are preparing and assembling the boxes from start to finish.

Rina: What are your strengths?

Ilir: My strength is the whole process of preparing the boxes, and also in the production line of our vehicles.

Rina: What motivates you?

Ilir: My team motivates me a lot and the successfully produced vehicles at the end of each working day, which we have produced together.

Rina: What is your typical daily routine?

Ilir: Basically, I start my daily work at 7.00 a.m. and usually finish at around 4.00 p.m. I have a lot of work to do.

Rina: What do you like? What do you like less?

Ilir: When material deliveries are late we have a production stop, so I like this less. But I really like working with everyone.

Rina: What do you like to do in your free time?

Ilir: I like to spend time with my family. We often like to go for walks and see a lot of nature.

Rina: What are your plans for the future?

Ilir: In the future, I plan to continue my education and still work at KYBURZ Switzerland AG.
