Rina Suka: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Susanna Holdener: I have been with KYBURZ Switzerland AG for over 6 years.

Rina: How did you hear about us?

Susanna: I became aware of KYBURZ Switzerland AG through Dr. Jeggli.

Rina: What did you do before KYBURZ?

Susanna: Before joining KYBURZ, I worked as a municipal cleaning lady.

Rina: What are your activities?

Susanna: I mainly take care of various reconditioning parts for the 2ndLife vehicles. I dismantle various parts of the vehicle and divide them into reusable and non-reusable parts. I then store the parts that can still be used in the 2ndLife warehouse.

Rina: What are your strengths?

Susanna: My strength is my perseverance.

Rina: What motivates you?

Susanna: What motivates me most is my team and my short commute.

Rina: What is your typical daily routine?

Susanna: I always start my working day at 7 a.m. and finish my work at around 12 noon.

Rina: What do you like? What do you like less?

Susanna: I am grateful for my team and the support of René Stoll, Isuf Hoxha and Martin Jerg. 

Rina: What do you like to do in your free time?

Susanna: I like to spend time with my daughter and son outside in nature - like going for walks together and discovering new things.

Rina: What are your plans for the future?

Susanna: My plan is to continue to support the company KYBURZ Switzerland AG and to work here.
