Rina Suka: How long have you been with KYBURZ?

Kajan Uthayakumar: I have been with KYBURZ Switzerland AG for 3 ½ years.

Rina: How did you hear about us?

Kajan: I heard about KYBURZ Switzerland AG from someone I know.

Rina: What did you do before KYBURZ?

Kajan: I worked as a car mechanic in Sri-Lanka for over 2 years before KYBURZ.

Rina: What are your activities?

Kajan: My main activities are the production of 2nd life vehicles, reconditioning of used vehicles, disassembly and material supply.

Rina: What are your strengths?

Kajan: My strength lies in my quick perception and the implementation of new challenges. I also enjoy working efficiently in a team.

Rina: What motivates you?

Kajan: I am motivated by my superiors, the work and the cooperation with my team.

Rina: What is your typical daily routine?

Kajan: At the moment, I start my daily work routine at around 06.30 am. When I finish my daily business varies depending on the volume of the daily business.

Rina: What do you like to do in your free time?

Kajan: In my free time, I like to play football and cricket. I also like to spend time with friends.

Rina: What are your plans for the future?

Kajan: My top priority is to improve my German language skills and also to complete courses related to my professional activities.
