A day in the life of Daniel Honegger
Rina Suka: How long have you been with KYBURZ?
Daniel Honegger: I have been with KYBURZ Switzerland AG for almost 16 years, but the first time I worked here was 23 years ago.
Rina: How did you hear about us?
Daniel: I met Martin Kyburz over lunch at Café Rorboz. That's how I became aware of KYBURZ Switzerland AG.
Rina: What did you do before Kyburz?
Daniel: Before I met Martin, I worked as a high school teacher and then as an online journalist.
Rina: What are your activities?
Daniel: I worked in sales for a long time, and even then I often wrote and created texts and marketing stuff. Currently, I manage our social media accounts, write for the in-house newspaper, take care of the content of our homepage and conduct company tours.
Rina: What are your strengths?
Daniel: My strengths lie in writing texts, representing KYBURZ on guided tours and arousing people's enthusiasm for our company.
Rina: What motivates you?
Daniel: I am motivated by our high-quality products, which we can proudly stand behind and which are really good. I am always motivated by seeing our vehicles in daily traffic in Switzerland, where they are now part of the normal street scene.
Rina: What is your typical daily routine?
Daniel: I don't have a typical daily routine - it is very varied. Often the day goes completely differently than I plan it in the morning.
Rina: What do you like? What not so much?
Daniel: The majority of our team pulls together and supports each other very much, I like that. It bothers me when people don't see that our wide range of vehicles could be a solution to many problems.
Rina: What do you like to do in your free time?
Daniel: I go for a walk for about 1 hour every day. I also work at the cinema in Freienstein and help behind the bar or with other tasks. I also like to organise concerts, currently mainly in Rorbas.
