A day in the life of Maximilian Königs
Rina Suka: How long have you been with KYBURZ?
Maximilian Königs: I have been working at KYBURZ Switzerland AG for three months.
Rina: How did you hear about us?
Maximilian: I became aware of KYBURZ through my father Roland Königs and the Swiss Post vehicles.
Rina: What did you do before Kyburz?
Maximilian: I successfully completed my apprenticeship as an EFZ commercial clerk at Ditting AG in summer 2023.
Rina: What do you do?
Maximilian: I work in the office. My main tasks include day-to-day business, maintaining the address database, everything relating to rental vehicles, advising and supporting customers of our mobility consultant Cédric Leuba, processing and distributing mail, telephone and reception services.
Rina: What are your strengths?
Maximilian: My strengths lie in languages and my ability to grasp things quickly. I also have good communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Rina: What motivates you?
Maximilian: I am motivated by positive feedback and the satisfaction of our customers.
Rina: What is your typical daily routine?
Maximilian: The first thing I always do is process my emails and the incoming info mail and get an overview. Then I prioritise the core business and day-to-day operations. From 9 or 10 a.m., my task is to process and distribute the internal and external mail. Then there's the telephone service, which keeps me busy throughout the day.
Rina: What do you like? What do you like less?
Maximilian: I particularly like the team spirit in the company, the smooth processes and the reliance on our team.
Rina: What do you like to do in your free time?
Maximilian: In my free time, I like to play tennis and football. I also enjoy travelling and reselling shoes.
Rina: What are your plans for the future?
Maximilian: BMS might be an option that I will tackle. The details are still up in the air, as I'm very open to new things and I'll see what happens.
