Four years ago, series production of the DXC/DXCargo began. Last week, the 2000th vehicle of this type was built on the production line in Embrach. Lamin Balajo, recently appointed Deputy Head of Production, is very proud of this.

The DXC is part of an order from the Danish delivery company DAO. DAO delivers the mail over the last mile at night. The vehicles are equipped with work lights at the front and rear. Other features include electric locks on the boxes, heated handles, a reversing camera and powerful acceleration. That needs energy! The batteries with a capacity of 600 Ah deliver it.

The DXC is becoming increasingly popular due to the large loading volume at the rear (1 m³). An enlarged 1.3 m³ box was recently presented at the Post Messe in Amsterdam and will be added to the range in a few months.
