Eleven years ago, Martin joined us after more than 20 years in the air force to take over the management of the service department – a responsible role in which he was responsible for the safe operation of all our sold vehicles. Under his leadership, not only were over 6,000 vehicles looked after and a network of 65 service partners coordinated, but he also formed the 25-strong service team into the most punctual department in the company. This success earned the team an excellent reputation and sustainably strengthened our customers' trust.

The legendary annual team dinner at Martin's home is also particularly memorable, and has always been a great opportunity to celebrate team spirit.

Over the years, Martin took over as head of sales and used the knowledge and experience he had gained during his previous career to strengthen and improve this area of the company. He then had even more direct contact with our customers and accompanied our largest partners during the introduction of our electric vehicles.

Throughout the years, Martin has always impressed with his open and honest manner. His diplomatic skills and sociable nature were as well known in the company as his expertise and commitment.

Martin was invited to a pizza dinner to mark his departure. He was given a warm send-off and a gift consisting of fine wine, a photo album with memories of the past years and good wishes from the entire team.
