During their commercial apprenticeship at KYBURZ, the students change departments every semester. The training programme at KYBURZ enables them to get to know different areas of the company and to discover their personal interests and strengths.

On 24 February 2025, the commercial apprentices will enter their new departments. For Kaito, who is in his third and final year of apprenticeship, this change is already a familiar process, while for Havin, Kirill and Rania, who are in their first year of apprenticeship, it is their first change of department – educational experiences await them all.

Havin is moving from the office to the web shop.
‘I'm looking forward to getting to know the web shop processes and helping with the packaging of parcels in addition to my administrative work. I'm excited about the experiences ahead and look forward to further developing my knowledge.’

Kirill is moving from the web shop to the service department.
‘I am looking forward to playing an active role in the service area and improving my customer service skills. I believe that service is exactly the right thing for me to do in order to acquire more technical and mechanical knowledge about the vehicles.’

Rania continues to develop her knowledge in the office.
‘I'm looking forward to further developing my role in the back office and taking on additional responsibility. So far, I've been doing the back office work with Havin, and now I'm taking on more exciting tasks so that I can make an even bigger contribution to the team.’

Kaito is switching from customer service to purchasing.
‘Purchasing was my second training placement, and I have very fond memories of the nine months I spent there. I'm now looking forward to returning to this area, further expanding my knowledge and getting more involved. For now, my focus is on successfully completing my apprenticeship, which I will start this summer.’
